Two simultaneous projects. Everything moving at once.
Workstreams crossing nine countries, people needing the right thing at the right time, and very little room for “oops, I thought someone else did that.”
I read your B2B Talent Executive role and had a slightly inconvenient thought: I could be very good at this.
Because I’m pretty sure the actual brief is: keep creators looked after, opportunities moving, details tight and good relationships turning into revenue. That bit? Very me.
People to look after. Details to get right. Things that will absolutely sit there unless somebody follows up. Yes. I know this work.
Workstreams crossing nine countries, people needing the right thing at the right time, and very little room for “oops, I thought someone else did that.”
Artists, sponsors, programmes, logistics, documents and emails flying left, right and centre. Planned, coordinated, followed up, kept moving.
Edited one. Which is a very glamorous way of saying I have spent a lot of time caring whether tiny details are exactly where they should be.
Ideas are cute. Then somebody has to make the people, timings, materials, approvals and execution all agree with each other.
I see repeated work and immediately start wondering why a human is still doing all of it by hand.
And then I saw Hannah’s post about One Twelve moving away from disconnected docs and five different tools so the team can spend less time hunting for answers. I laughed a little because… hi. That is exactly where my brain goes too.
Not on day one. First I learn how One Twelve actually works. Then I start taking the bits humans should not have to keep doing by hand and giving everybody a cleaner way to see what is happening.
AI + automations babe. Through and through. 😂
Open the full build ↗If I joined One Twelve, I’d learn the real operation first. Then I’d make the useful version of this around your creators, brand opportunities, campaigns and all the weird little rules that make the team yours.
Not because the internet desperately needed another calendar 😂. I wanted something that knew my rules, checked the right calendars, handled the booking and still felt like me when somebody opened it. So I made Meet Millie.
The scheduling assistant is live. If you want to see what I mean by “I build the thing I wish existed,” this is probably the fastest receipt.
See Meet Millie live ↗If the job genuinely depends on somebody physically being in the London office three days a week, fair. I am not going to sell you teleportation. Zimbabwe is still not Zone 2. 😂
But if UK-based is really standing in for responsive, available in the hours the team needs, easy to work with and able to own the work without being chased, I can give you those.
And I bring the systems brain on top.
That is why I am pitching myself remotely. I think the result matters more than the postcode. If you are willing to test that theory, I would really like the conversation.
I’m Millie. That’s my little case for why I think you should hear me out anyway.
